To be eligible for a refund/ exchange on returning an item or items, the item must meet the below criteria:
- a.) Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
- b.) Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice and other papers, if any.
- c.) Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
- d.) Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned.
- e.) Customized articles are not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS:
Any items purchased during a Sale Buy 1 Get 1 Free or any other such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
1.) Visit our website at www.melangebox.com and navigate to the Returns/Exchanges section or click here.
2.) Simply put your order ID and E-mail/Phone Number, and then select item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3.) We will verify your request and generate the reverse pickup automatically.
4.) Keep the item(s) securely in their original packaging, do not remove any brand tags and ensure they are in the same condition as when received.
5.) Hand over the package to our courier partner. Please make a small video while handing over the shipment with products clearly visible and also ask the courier person's name, company name and contact number before handing over the shipment to him/her. These details might be required in case of any fraudulent activity.
6.) Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
7.) If the product passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 2-3 working days.
MODE OF REFUND:
• For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided within 48 business hours once the shipment returned is received and QC is done. Please note, cash on delivery charge is non-refundable.
• For prepaid orders, the refund can be processed to original payment source or to Melangebox Account as a credit code.
• Please note that a shipping and handling cost of INR 200 will be applicable in case of refund to original payment source.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDER FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:
In case your pin-code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the Order Id and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the order amount + 100 Melangebox Credits (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ for self shipping. It is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and its damage within 24 hours of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
