- Dispatch Time
- All the orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours except Pre-Order products. Pre-Order products will be dispatched as date mentioned in the product description. However, if the product is not damaged and has no size variations from our size chart then you will have to pay minimal shipping fee for the exchange. Usually, it takes 5 to 9 business days in total depending on your location/ pin-code. Expected delivery time for Delhi NCR region is 24 business hours, for metro cities 2-4 business days, for other cities 3-6 business days and for North East, J&K and other mountainous areas 5-7 business days. Please note, delivery time mentioned above excludes the dispatch time. Also, any public holiday, Saturday and Sunday are not being considered as business days.
We use 100% premium cotton which is comfortable and breathable.
100% cotton comes with its own advantage however the only exception is that garments made in pure cotton shrink a bit. The only way to remove shrinkage is pre-shrunk technology but that increases the price. We have recently partnered with some really good fabricators who provide fabric with minimal shrinkage i.e., 2-3% and that also our R&D team further reduced by making the sizing pattern according to shrinkage percentage. We ensure that the product will not loose its original shape and size after wash. Also, we have taken utmost care to make sure that our products do not leach their original color by using additional technology to eliminate color bleeding.
Sometimes, the e-mail goes into the spam folder so we request you to please check it. Still, if you have not found any confirmation e-mail from our end then please be patient as sometimes due to technical glitch or internet connectivity, the order does not get placed. If the payment has been captured from our end, our team will place the order manually within 24 working hours and you will receive the order confirmation.
