I ordered two combo packs from your site and I received it today. In one combo pack of 4 Henley tshirt, I received only 3 tshirt. Kindly give me the information that why I haven’t received the fourth tshirt.
This is my 4,5 purchase from your melangebox, in my last order also there was some error and again in this order 1 tshirt is missing. Kindly look into the service that you are providing to the customers.
Kindly send my fourth tshirt as early as possible.

I am not sure how you are running the business with such bad after sales facilities.
I have made a full payment of my order and have been waiting for it for 3 weeks,for god’s sake there is no idea what has happened to my order.
This will be my last order from Melange, the pathetic company.
How the hell can I connect with an agent knowing what the hell is happening to my order?

My order no. is MEBX66850 and I was provided a tracking number for the order.
When I’m checking it says no record found. I placed the order on 16th February 2021 and till today the tracking number is of no use.
The customer service agent told me on 19th February 2021 that the order will be in transit in 24 hrs but today is 22nd February 2021 and there has still not been any progress.
I need to know when will my order be dispatched? And if not I need a full refund.

Hi Melangebox, when will I get my order #MEBX64520, I got three t-shirts from you but the sizes I received are all wrong, ordered L I got M, I have been in touch with you over mail, WhatsApp and social but have experienced extremely poor customer service from your team. You took back the wrong but haven’t given me the right size yet! It’s been over a month! Worst service this is!

I, utsav Gakhar placed an order (MEBX64319) on 1th of January 2021 for 3 tshirts.
But there was no tracking till 16th of January.. this I had to write an emai for same.. even today (24th January) there are no tracking number and the customer service are saying that the tracking number is yet to be generated.
The product is of no use now as I wanted to gift this to my brother and now his birthday is gone…
Request you to ki sly get the order cancelled and grant me full refund as this is not the best of customer service I expected..
I always used to look after your products nad added them to carts. However my first experience has itself been worst and I feel refrained to share my word of mouth publicity.. worst online shopping experience ever..
