I raised a complain as soon as i received the order about the colour not as what was shown on the website and was also stained but no response from your side i wanted to return it

Delivery took very long than expected and there is lot of color difference between the actually product and images on website, return policy is also trash, for return they will ask you to pay for the return shipment and refund is only available if you order without any coupons and pay upfront. Not recommended 3/10. worst onine shopping experience yet.
Hi my replacement order was made on 9th July and there has been no update since then. I have mailed your team thrice, and still no update.
I took maroon coloured V neck.........uska colour nikal raha hai......but no shrinkage....
Otherwise colors like steel grey are ordinary looking though fitting is same for all gold crews
