Please be informed that all kind of return/exchange requests are on hold at this point of time. However you can raise the request by e-mailing us at email@example.com and please keep the products unused and we will update you as soon as our delivery partner starts accepting the return pickup requests.
Didn't like the product color or quality? No worries, relax and sit back.
We have to pay extra INR70 to our shipping partners for arranging reverse pickup from your doorstep. However, we do understand that our customers should not suffer because of our policies and hence we collect INR70 initially to make the process smooth and we are happy to reverse the charges back as store credits for future shopping. It is a win win for both of us <3.

We may refuse returns in case the product(s) has(have) been worn, washed or soiled.If you have to return anything from a solid combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over ₹100 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
Please be informed that no refund request will be accepted after May 3, 2020 till lockdown is suspended.
